Actively promote the sale of specific products in order to meet defined sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Be at the front line of our customer experience and therefore an ambassador of our company by creating a lasting customer impression at all times.
2. Actively approaches customers by greeting them and introducing the product
3. Advising customers by providing information on products
4. Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
5. Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
6. Negotiating on delivery/installation and specifications with customers
7. Processes payments by totaling purchases; cash and credit cards
8. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales supervisor, or entering figures into a computer system
9. Recording customer personal details into the system
10. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
11. Apply ‘Passion for Customers’ value at all times.
12. Ensuring daily sales targets are consistently and continuously met.
13. Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets at all times
14. Participating in promotions and exhibitions.
15. Informing Sales Supervisor of stock availability and requirements
16. Feeding customer comments and buying trends back to Sales Supervisor.
17. Ready to invest a quality time on a daily schedule.
18. Setting meetings for costumers before going to them
19. Study each item to know which costumer belongs to which item/s
20. Study our competitors & know their prices
21. Suggesting new items if asked by our customers to increase sales & profitability of our company
22. Follow up with our old clients
23. Not less than 7 visits per day
24. Visiting the right person in every company
25. In every company visit… Finance Manager - Purchase Manager - HR Manger should be visited
26. A smile on the face is a must when meeting clients
27. Other given task could be possible under the duties of Sales team.
