The Assistant Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for overall product management; including launch support for new products and special events or promotions. In addition, this role will work closely with internal Marketing and Sales teams; and provide support for promotion setup, product arrangement, contract management, the execution of marketing related programs and tactics, database and website management; and other ad hoc and special projects as assigned.
Marketing assistants are responsible for:
-Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
-Assisting with the production of marketing materials.
-Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
-Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
-Writing articles and promotional material for the company.
-Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.
-Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
-compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
-analyzing questionnaires
-writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
-organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
-assisting with promotional activities
-visiting customers/external agencies.
-They work closely with employees in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution.
