1-Ensure that general services (communication, ancillary, civil works, medical/insurance, housing & catering, disposal, and safety & security) are rendered diligently to all departments and to all staff.
2-Ensure optimum safety and security (to all company staff, buildings, and assets) is rendered at all times and with proper coordination.
3-Ensure that standard operating procedures are laid down and implemented in order to maintain effective rendition of general services, operation and maintenance of all plant infrastructures/facilities and assets.
4-Plan and organize the operation and continuous excellent provision of all general services to all company staff, visitors, infrastructures, and all company assets.
5-Ensure that good monitoring systems and records are in place in order to continuously deliver quality services at all times.
6-Ensure that buildings and facilities are properly maintained to satisfy Good manufacturing practice standard and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements.
