• Overall responsibility of the production process by ensuring availability of resources such as Man, Machine, Materials with the Area provided.
• Establishing procedures, controls which ensures that the defined standards are maintained & monitored.
• Providing regular reports in accordance with the systems derived.
• Maintaining proper Housekeeping in the Production Area.
• Ensure 5 S is practiced effectively in the entire Production Area.
• Ensure Visual Management & Visual Controls are followed in the Production Area.
• Prepare, review, approve implement & improve the production process which ensures that all Production information’s are available and that the production activities and resources operate with optimum efficiency.
• Ensure safe working practices and identification of environmental aspects.
