An Information Security Specialist with the will and ambition to work in a team of information systems and network experts. Our client is a broadband Services Provider with a complex network comprising Data Center systems and an IP network covering a wide geographical area. The candidate shall report to the Operations Manager and shall assume the following responsibilities:
Lead a program of IT Risk and Security assessments e.g. Business Impact Assessments (BIA), Core Security Design Assessments (CSDA).
Architecting and planning of security architecture layers based on a defense in-depth approach.
Plan and deploy new layers and lead the Operations team.
Design and maintain the detailed records and topologies of all Security Elements such as FW layers, IPS, WAF, etc.
Ensure company procedures and standards are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current threats and company initiatives.
Capacity planning in conjunction with Network and Security Operation teams.
Maintain and provide support for all Infrastructure Segments; RF, BB, Data Center systems, and the IP Network, against external and internal threats.
Ensuring business continuity and resiliency in case of incidents by providing the appropriate response strategy and course of action of all network security services.
Conduct in depth analysis into failure and fraud issues of all company assets.
Ensure continuous compliance to standards and regulations.
Continuous analysis of the security posture of the infrastructure for:
o Customer Information security
o Server infrastructure
o IP Network infrastructure
o SAN infrastructure
o Touch points (Clients Terminals, VPNs, etc.)
Continuous vulnerability assessments of the set IP ranges.
Come up with potential improvements areas addressing:
o Improved support of business initiatives.
o Improved level of security, reduced risk.
o Improved coverage of protected assets.
o Central management & reporting.
o Reduction of OPEX/CAPEX expenditures
Troubleshooting support to Tech Sec Operations when needed to mitigate attack or decrease downtime.
Team player able to cooperate closely with all divisions within company in a friendly way without losing the integrity of his/her purpose as Security.
A no-excuse result oriented work ethic.
